Spiffy Men's Guide - Choosing the Right Tie for your Dress Shirt

Spiffy Men's Guide - Choosing the Right Tie for your Dress Shirt

Spiffy men's guide

Hello gentlemen, it's me again. I have posted previously with several guides in picking the right size for your dress-shirt, and picking the right shoes colour that complement your suit (Results were very positive by others!). Now, I present you a guide to pick the right tie colour/style/pattern that matches with your dress shirt. YES, this is not everyone. This guide is pointed towards those men who want to dress sharp and more spiffy. NOTE: For the very last one, "Fair Isle" I have to disagree. Plaid shirts don't go well with ties. Don't be afraid to experiment though. Spiffy men's guide

Another tip for you gentlemen of the internet who wants to appear sharp. Your shoes should complement your suit colour. Here's the chart that I found to help you to dress accordingly. No, black suit is NEVER good with COLOURED SHOES except for black. Important NOTE: The colour of your BELT should COMPLEMENT (within the colour range/should almost be the same) YOUR SHOES' colour. Keep that in mind!!
Have fun!Men's fashion guide

How to Tell if Your Dress Shirt is the RIGHT Size For You?

Personal experience:

NOTE: I don't care if it's too long to read. I'm just giving my two cents about the way you are dressed is almost always what people see/judge first. I wasn't always the very "proper" / well-dressed kid when I was in high-school. I was almost always rock those baggy pants/cargo pants/short pants with dress shirt and didn't care about my sense of fashion at all. (If it's comfortable, I wear it, if it looks good for me, I wear it). Now that I'm in college and working (about a year ago), I started to see how it would make someone looks very good when they dress properly. First impression, they often look at what you are wearing. This is not a joke. First, I started of by buying the right size of clothing, different combinations of socks (I will post a guide for socks and other fashion stuff later, if you guys really appreciate/need help with it), later I just added my own style. Believe me when I say this: Well boy, I have received so many compliments about how I look. From friends and co-workers. Even now that the impression of the guy (me) who is always wearing "proper"/spiffy clothing stick with them. I don't mean to brag by any means, but it is good to leave a good impression at people. P.S You want to dress accordingly. Right place and at the right time. Sorry for the long post.
